Record pertinent information as directed by the Charge Nurse.<br>Initiate and conduct socializing activities within the Oakview&nbsp; 4 neighborhood as determined by the activity calendar and spontaneous need.<br>Inform, encourage, and assist Residents to activities within the Community.
